Innovation Lead

Conceptualised, researched and developed Global Tax chatbot alongside the Global Tax Guides suite of products. Key responsibilities included:

  • Integrated natural language processing (Google NLP API) to enhance the chatbot’s ability to understand and respond using human-like language.
  • Conducted extensive market research and analysed user feedback to inform the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and user experience.
  • Led the development and deployment of new features and functionalities, including custom integrations and add-on such as Notifications and Reminders and Tax Case Analytics.
  • Continuously monitored and evaluated user testing to identify areas for improvement.
